OEMs have already started and giving updates for their devices such as Jelly Bean. Many devices already got official updates and some of are getting leak firmwares. Asus Transformer TF700 is the device which is already blessed with Jelly Bean and it is now possible to root it.
XDA community’s Senior Member hiemanshu has described a root method in which you can install custom recovery on your Transformer TF700 after getting Jelly Bean. Some users reported that they are comfortable with the application called Root Keeper to keep the device root.
You need to unlock your device first which you can find it on device’s official website. Then you need ClockworkMod Recovery, flashing it via Fastboot and the SuperSU via the recovery. All steps are simple to perform and there are no such critical issues reported by any user.
