I have been discussing many apps for general usage in my previous postings. I came across a subject and some information which I thought I should add about it also. Its about the business people. Huge community related to business uses smartphones and tablets. Either its iDevices or may be Android machines. So let’s discuss few important apps in my consideration for the business related community.
Documents To Go
You are involved in business then I am sure you have to deals with office applications. You have android smartphone? And you want to use something close to Microsoft Office, then go for this app. You will be able to create, edit Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files through this app.
Google Gdocs
If you are not so much interested in Microsoft Office, and you are in liking towards Google then must select this app. It will let you do chose around many options of Google Docs on your smartphone. If there is any file you want to work with, then just download it in your smartphone, work in it offline, when it’s done, simply sync the file back to Google Docs.
Evernote
You are working on a presentation, and before going to sleep you came across an idea or important point, you are moving in market and observer something very interesting, Evernote will let you save all those things for you so that even you can share with other devices in future.
It will help you to stay organized, take a backup of your ideas for any future work. It will hwlp you to take notes, capture photos, create to-do lists, record voice reminders–and makes these notes completely searchable, whether you are at home, at work, or on the go.
Dropbox
Who don’t know the importance of Dropbox? It is one of the fastest way for sharing your files online.
This feature allows having backup or sharing your data within 2GB size with ease of adding files and copying data. Dump files you want to sync in a folder on your computer – it works with mobiles, tablets, The devices like Macs, PCs and this Dropbox technology also allow you to use this feature of sharing files on your smartphone. You can even stream music and movies in your Dropbox straight to your Android phone.
Remote for PowerPoint
Now you can give your presentations in your office with the help of your Android phone. What you need is access to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Just swipe your finger on the phone to change and remote control your PowerPoint presentation. Both Microsoft PowerPoint and OpenOffice are supported by this app. You can also impress files and will deal with embedded animations, audio, and video.
