As Google announced Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at Google I/O 2012, the CyanogenMod team has already announced about there new work on Jelly Bean based CyanogenMod 10.
According to the news, the team does not have early access on the Jelly Bean source code, and are waiting for its release. However, they started preparing work for the next upcoming Mod version 10.
