How is Google Nexus 7 going in Japan? Doing best if compared to Apple’s Tablet. This information has been shared due to a research done by BCN in December 2012. We all know that how good and competitive technology market and consumers of Japan is. According to them the Nexus 7 tablet from Google is gone top as compared to iPad.
As per Nikkei from the largest business daily, the survey/research was done by BCN in total of 2,400 stores which deals in consumer electronics in Japan, the Nexus 7 tablet achieved the 44.4% of the market as compared to iPad which achieved 40.1%.
Nikkei also added that the important factor needs to be highlight about Nexus 7 (co-branded with Asus), is its price. The people of Japan has to pay $100 less as compared to iPad Mini which has been provided in market with least cost by Apple.
Other notable factor was in survey that iPad mini was not available in Japan’s market due to shortage of stock and that hurt a lot to Apple revenue share. But as Nikkei suggested that the price factor of Google Nexus 7 was the major reason for all those results.
